Spinach salmon strudel with sour cream sauce
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 Pkg. Puff pastry
- 300g leaf spinach teifcooled
- 500g salmon
- 200g feta or mozzarella
- Some milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- Muscat, Salt, Pepper
- 1 egg to sprinkle
For the sour cream sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup yoghurt
- Parsley, chime
- some mustard, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Heat the leaf spinach with a little milk, press the garlic and drain in a sieve and leave to cool. Walk out puff pastry and spread spinach evenly, release the edge. Slice the cheese in cubes and sprinkle over the spinach. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Salt the salmon and place on the spinach in the middle. Then roll up or fold in the dough and press it tightly at the ends. Sprinkle with the whisked egg, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 – 40 minutes. For the sauce, mix well and season. Arrange the strudel with the sauce.
